running errands.
Q: How do I know if my loved one needs in-home care?
When a loved one begins to show signs of loss of functionality it is recommended to

Medicaid. We do accept a variety of personal payment options, including EFT (ACH),
credit cards, and checks.
Q: How much does the service cost?

Q: How are emergencies handled?
All caregivers are CPR certified by the American Heart Association and are trained to

event an emergency occurs while on duty caregivers are trained to assess the situation
and follow policy and procedures outlined by Serenity Senior Care.
Q: What happens if something changes? Can you still help?
We can re-evaluate and adjust your loved one’s care plan at any time. We understand
that health conditions can and do change. We can provide specialized in-home nursing
care after hospitalizations, providing a sense of relief to both patients and families.
If
your loved one experiences a decline in cognitive abilities or serious illness, we will
evaluate the current caregiver to determine if he/she is still qualified to provide quality
care. If not, we will consult with you and explore substituting another of our caregivers
with more training and experience. The health and safety of our clients are always our
top priorities at Serenity Senior Care.
